This cuts down on rotating weight and the total heft of a car. This not only can help improve speed (the car weighs less and has less to haul), but the colors and styles possible when a wheel is made of a metal alloy are practically limitless.

Sticking to it. Wheels or rims are, for the most part, fastened to a hub through the use of bolts. The general rule these days is that four to five bolts will be called for in most applications, though some specialty rims may use 8 or more of them.
