Runners begin in a line and, at the signal of the leader’s whistle, the runner at the back must sprint to the front and become the leader.

Working out doesn’t have to include a lot of specialized technique and expensive equipment to be effective. Some exercises, such as box jumps, are as easy as finding a platform and then jumping off and on. If you are working out in a park, try using baseball bleachers or park benches instead of boxes, and be sure to keep your fingers laced behind your head while you jump.

Using the excuses you have used for years may keep your friends off of your back, but they will not get you into shape like Houston bootcamp exercises. At the fitness center, playground or in your own yard, these exercises are fun, easy and only require items you can find every day.
